This villa, which is located on Baie Rouge, features two tiled terraces, one on each side of the house; spacious rooms; and a master bedrooom with a wet bar and small refrigerator. A lovely pool and exquisitely furnished gazebo form a focal point for outdoor living at its best. All four bedrooms feature king size beds, and have private bathrooms with showers, air conditioning, ceiling fans and screens. Marigot is 10 minute drive, the grocery store is a 5 minute drive.

Deposits and final payments are non refundable unless the villa is unavailable to some emergency (act of god). Travel insurance is offered for a small additional fee to protect travel investment.
