Overlooking St. Martin's famous Orient Bay Beach, Esmeralda features luxurious villa-style accommodations. 65 elegantly decorated rooms and suites, all with king beds, are distributed within 18 villas. For more privacy, each villa has its own swimming pool and each accommodation has its own private entrance and terrace..
Guests may reserve anything from a single room or suite to an entire 3 - 5 bedroom villa. Gourmet restaurant, day & night tennis, all on a mile long white sandy beach. For those who appreciate casual sophistication, we introduce the Esmeralda Resort, a villa style Caribbean hideaway.
SUPERIOR, DELUXE AND OCEANFRONT ROOMS:
King or two double beds, kitchenette with two stove burners, toaster oven, electric coffee pot and small refrigerator. Accommodations include private entrance and private terrace. Maximum occupancy: 2 people.
Superior rooms have garden view and are located further from the beach. Deluxe rooms are located nearer the beach or may have partial ocean views. Oceanfront rooms are located nearest the beach.
SUPERIOR & DELUXE SUITES: Spacious living room and bedroom area with king size bed and full size pull-out sofa bed plus a fully equipped kitchen. Maximum occupancy: 4 people.
PRESIDENTIAL SUITES: Large dining and living room area with full size pull-out sofa bed, master bedroom with king size colonial bed, television in living room and master bedroom, radio/cassette/CD player and fully equipped kitchen. Suite is oceanfront. Maximum occupancy: 4 people
SPECIAL HONEYMOON PROVISIONS:
One bottle of French champagne and fresh flowers will be provided in room upon arrival.

Esmeralda Resort is pleased to announce its new all-inclusive option. Effective June 1, 2004 - December 23, 2005; $140 per person per day
Orient Beach is among the most popular in the Caribbean. Due to high guest demand we now offer and all inclusive with your choice of accomodations. These packages are perfect for a single person, couple or group that wants separate rooms rather than a villa.
The package offers a good value including room, food, drinks for less than you might pay ala carte. This is a all inclusive package that includes unlimited drinks at Coco Beach Bar and Astrolabe. Those $8 dollar pina coladas and mai tais can add up quick...but not in our all inclusive package. We can include package airfare and rental car for an additional fee.
All Inclusive Features
* Full American Breakfast Daily at L'Astrolabe restaurant
* A La Carte - Run of Menu lunch and unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages by the glass (including beers and house wines) throughout the day at the coco beach restaurant.

When you leave the airport turn right going toward MARIGOT. After MARIGOT follow direction to Grand Case, pass through RAMBAUD and LA SAVANE. After GRANDE CASE you take the direction to Quartier D'Orlean. You arrive at ORIENT BAY and you enter in RESIDENCE de la BAIE ORIENTALE. In the residence close to the beach you will see the ESMERALDA RESORT.

Thank you for your efforts. This is the first time I have used the services of St Maarten Reservation Center, but it will not be the last.
Although my wife and I have been to St. Martin many times, it was only a couple of years ago that we decided to stay at the Esmeralda. When Joanne called the resort, they told her that they remembered us which was hard to believe given the number of guests that have been there since.
Esmeralda was the best hotel we have stayed at or visited in St. Martin. We have been touring Europe for the last couple of years but could think of no better place to celebrate our 25th anniversary than at the Esmeralda and so our return.

My wife and I stayed in a deluxe room at the Esmeralda during the week beginning, April 23, 2005. Although we have stayed on the island many times over the last twenty years, we did not think we would like to stay in a villa type resort as we were more used to the typical ocean front hotel type properties. Staying here has definitely changed our minds and we will be back next year, God willing.
The accommodations were spacious, clean and very comfortable and the landscape was beautiful with a private pool outside our door. The resort management and staff that we met were very pleasant and very helpful and I think not mentioning their names nor commending them would be a disservice to them.
In particular, we would like to thank Anne, Fita and another gentleman tending the reception area one evening for their warm, assistance and general pleasantness which helped to make our stay so much more comfortable. Anne attended to our needs for the most part and she was a star but all were just great.
We would also like to mention the great service, atmosphere and fine food at the L’astrolabe Restaurant which was near our villa. We ate there on two occasions and enjoyed both very much. The wonderful hospitality and service provided by Amin and Thomas contributed to the overall pleasure of the well prepared and delicious dinners by the chef.
A two minute stroll through the well landscaped grounds took us the beach front and the open air, Coco Beach Restaurant. Here we enjoyed quite a few relaxing, great meals and good conversations with other Esmeralda guests. We also must mention the fine hospitality, conversations and good fun we enjoyed with the owner Sophie and her staff, Myriane, Christelle, Pascal and Romain.
We will be back!
