Property Information
This villa (formally called Dalming) has been entirely redone,enlarged and turned into a super deluxe house with brand new furniture and decor. It features three large master bedrooms and a fourth smaller bedroom . A huge custom made kitchen with granite counter tops . A fantastic dining-living room with breathtaking views . A large plasma TV in sitting room with a collection of 200 DVDs...
This beautiful villa sits on a hill with a commanding view of Baie Rogue Beach. During the day you can see the Island of Anguilla on the horizon, and at night, the lights of Marigot...very romantic.
Each of the bedrooms feature French doors, private bathrooms, ceiling fans and partial screens on louvered windows and A/C. The third smaller bedroom with a private bath is available for use by a
child or nanny.
This home includes a European kitchen with granite counter tops, large swimming pool and spacious deck facing Anguilla, plasma TV with US satellite, personal computer with free Internet access for guests. The furniture includes large sized over stuffed chairs and lots of the little art extras to make it feel like home. The final touch is a 16' x 16' Gazebo overlooking Baie Rogue Beach which can be used for entertaining or dining.
To enjoy a day at the beach, drive 2 minutes to Baie Rouge and 5 minutes to Cupecoy. Only 4 miles to Marigot, 5 minutes to the grocery store, and 2 minutes to the beach...
