Property Information
La Provencale sets a new standard for deluxe hillside villas. It recently went through a complete renovation and is 'like new'. It offers two huge master bedroom suites on the main level and three more master bedroom suites on a lower level. The lower level suites open to beautiful, shaded gardens with lovely private sitting areas for reading or meditation.

This villa is situated on a 5 acre private lot with private gate. A 2 BR villa called Little Provence (please see property #9286) shares the same lot but is completely private. This newly built (2003) villa is the perfect addition to this estate. It includes two bedrooms each with bath and its own gourmet kitchen, open living area,lovely outdoor living space, pool and separate entrancewith private electric gate. These two villas can be combined for a 7 BR estate rental with two homes just steps apart but able to handle a group of 14 in this hillside location.
