This newly built (2003) villa is the perfect addition to this estate. It includes two bedrooms each with bath and its own gourmet kitchen, open living area,lovely outdoor living space, pool and separate entrancewith private electric gate. These two villas can be combined for a 7 BR estate rental with two homes just steps apart but able to handle a group of 14 in this hillside location.
