Welcome to Villa Avinash - your home for Baja surf paradise! Our two-story beachfront townhouse offers unobstructed views/decks of the Pacific, directly in front of a world-class right point break known affectionately as K38!! After enjoying private beach access, warm up with a dip in the hot tub or in front of the fireplace!
Villa Avinash is located in Club Marena, the most exclusive development in Northern Baja. Marena is gated and guarded and known for being family/child friendly. Just south of Rosarito (and 150 miles from Los Angeles), Club Marena lies between two excellent Golf Courses: Bajamar and Real Del Mar.
Bajamar's 27 holes offer one of the most spectacular golf experiences in North America. The "Pebble Beach of Mexico", Bajamar offers a scenic and memorable golfing experience to players of all skill levels and abilities.
If surfing and golf doesn't do it for you, Club Marena offers tennis, a gym, billiards, and barbecue. Or, lounge on one of our three oceanview decks/balconies, watch a movie, or cook up a gourmet meal in our full kitchen.

Villa Avinash offers its own two-car garage, a private courtyard with barbecue, two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, and a full kitchen, dining room, and living room/den overlooking the ocean. We provide linens and bath towels, bring your own DVD's/CD's, beach towels, and sunscreen!!
