Property Information
Intimate and seductive, this super deluxe villa is located directly on the sands of Baie Rouge. A classically elegant yet contemporary interior complements the beachfront terrace and pool. Les Amoureux is the perfect love nest for honeymooners or a couple wishing to bring romance back into their vacation.
This is a new property with construction completed in Fall of 2001. The one bedroom in this villa has a king size bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan and screens. The bathroom has a shower.
Marigot is a 10 minute drive, the nearest grocery store is just a 5 minute drive, and the beach is just out the door...

Payment is by Personal or Bank Check. A 50% deposit is required if reservation is made more than 90 days prior to arrival. Final payment due 90 days before arrival.
Additional tax and service charge include tranfer from airport to villa. Local management available 24/7.
Special welcome gift upon arrival and concierge service before and during guest stay.
Deposits and final payments are non refundable unless the villa is unavailable to some emergency (act of god). Travel insurance is offered for a small additional fee to protect travel investment.
