The house is in the Newtown area of Port of Spain.
Fully equipped and furnished. Amenities include air-conditioning, a washer and dryer, and cable TV, with all the channels you have home, including the once you never watch.
You can use the phone for local calls free of charge.
The kitchen has a range, oven, capuchino machine, microwave, pots, pans, glasses, cups, plates, utensils, and cutlery.
The house has a carport. It's fenced in, and has an alarm system.
If you rent a car, you have a place where you can park it.
The area is very safe with the American and German embassy close by.
You have enough room, that you don't feel crowded, even if you are with six people.

89 Woodford Street is centrally located in Port of Spain.
If you are into running or walking, you are right by the Queens Savannah which is used to run around, strech, or walk by the locals as well as the visitors.
Or you can just sit down and drink some coconut water from a local vendor, parked there with his truck.
There is a fitnes center and TGI Friday's in the BP Building two minutes from the house by the Queens Savannah.
You have many different restaurants around the area.
From very expensive to moderate.
The Hilton Hotel, Crown Plaza Hotel and Kapok Hotel are in walking distance.
The Presidential Palace and Prime Ministers Office, are in walking distance.
The Botanical Gardens and Empire Zoo are by the Savanah, in walking distance.
The American and German Embassy are around the corner from the house.
The Roman Chatolic Church is by the Savannah.
You guessed it: In walking distance.
The bussiness district and financial offices of POS are in walking distance.
The Red House, place of government, is 10 minutes away from the house.
The Queens Oval, for the cricket matches is in walking distance.
The soccer stadium is in walking distance.
In short you are in the middle of it all.
As for Carnival time, you could not get any closer to the action, where a lot of the events are being held by the Savannah.
Tony Rome's Restaurant and Jenny on the Boulevard, a very popular place, are in walking distance. Even closer by are Raffters, a local bar and restaurant and an Indian Restaurant.
They are located lower down in Woodford Street.
You also are close to the Woodbrook Cafe, where they serve good local food and a Chineese Restaurant is two minutes away from Rafters.
You are also close to the place where they make an excelent Roti and Doubles.
The 2 things you must have at least once when you visit Trinidad.
But you have to place your order in the morning, because after lunch they close down.
A pharmacy is close by and so is a mini supermarket incase you forgot to buy something that you need.
We also have a condo in Balandra Beach resort.
You are welcome to spend some time there as our Guests, while you are renting Woodford Street, at no cost to you.
You can spend as little or as much time there as you like during your stay in Trinidad.
Click on Balandra and you will see the place.
If you had a bussy weekend in town, there is no better place to unwind than Balandra.
In short, if you:
Don't like to get stocked in traffic jams.
Don't want to rent a car.
Like to be close to it all.
This is the place for you.
If you are attending a bussiness meeting, conference or have to be in Trinidad for longer than a few days, it beats the mini bar in the hotel room anytime.
