Property Information
Combine a secluded and elegant split-level seven bedroom, seven bath villa with an exquisite view of the Caribbean and the island of Anguilla, and you have the perfect place for a vacation with a large active family, group of friends or business associates. Caye Blanche is located on a hill near Anse Marcel within walking distance of a first class sports facility and helicopter pad. A marina is located about 1/2 mile away from Caye Blanche. This villa can be rented as a 5-7 bedroom villa in the High Season, or as a 4-bedroom villa in the Low Season. All seven bedrooms have king size beds, private bathrooms with showers, TV for local stations, air conditioning, ceiling fans, a safe and great views of the sea. The Master Bedroom Suite includes a private sitting area.
Marigot is a 20 minute drive and the nearest grocery store is 5 minutes away. L'Anse Marcel is 3 minutes away, while it takes 8 minutes to get to Orient Beach.
