Natz Ti Ha is a new condo property located in the northern part of Playa del Carmen and only one block from some of the best beach.
This area of Playa del Carmen is developing nicely, with a large assortment of restaurants and shops and upscale condo properties.
Beach access at about 100 steps away. The beach here is wide and long. Walk-in swimming is excellent.
Currently there are nine rental units available in several 3-story buildings surrounding a large pool. Available to all guests are roof decks offering ocean and town views.
