Deposit policy: Full payment of the total reservation cost at time of confirmation.

Cancellation policy: During winter season (Jan 3-Apr 12), cancellations made less than 12 days prior to your arrival date are subject to a 3 night penalty.
During summer season (Apr 13-Dec 18), cancellations made less than 12 days prior to your arrival date are subject to a 1 night penalty.
During Christmas period (Dec 20-Jan 2), cancellations made less than 35 days prior to your arrival date are subject to a 100% penalty.
All cancellations are subject to a 5% administration fee. Travel insurance is recommended.
No-show / Short stay policy: No shows are subject to a 100% penalty. In case of early checkout the full stay will be forfeited.
Minimum stay: 7 night minimum stay required if stay includes the following nights: Dec 25-31.
