Experience the small town charm of historical San Carlos/Guaymas, Mexico. San Carlos is located 255 miles south of the Arizona/Nogales border. Here you will find one of Mexico’s truly unique vacation destinations. With its ecosystem preserve, fishing villages, pearl farm, 2 marinas, dive shops, restaurants, and many other exciting things to experience and enjoy, you will feel as if you have found your own personal hideaway with a small town atmosphere.
Our privately owned 1,2, & 3 bedroom condominiums exclusively sit on 2 miles of white sandy beach. The beach is perfect for watching the dolphins in the early morning, beach combing, meeting new friends or enjoying a margarita while watching a magnificent sunset. Each condominium has its own kitchen with all cooking and eating utensils, air conditioning, linens, towels, balcony or terrace, and a partial or full ocean view of the Sea of Cortez.
Surrounded by a manicured landscape, this home-by-the-sea has a variety of things to enjoy such as our garden side adult and children’s pool, fishing and clam digging in the adjoining estuary, a fabulous Mar de Cortez restaurant w/bar, tennis court, and barbeque area for group gatherings near the pool area.

All reservations must be prepaid in full within seven days. Minimum 2 night reservation. Reservations are made on a "non-cancelable basis."
Rates will have a 50% surcharge during certain holiday periods.
(Spring Break, Semana Santa, Easter, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve)
Check In:
The office is open daily from 8:00am to 10:00pm and Sundays and holidays from 8:00am to 8:00pm. Check in time is between 2:00pm and 4:00pm (if the condo was occupied the night before, or if your arrival is the first day of the month), check out time is NOON.
ALL Occupants Pay a Per Diem Charge for Water & Gas and a One Time Maid Service Fee as Follows:
