Property Information
Hamilton House is located at the Cottages of Windermere. This is a small cluster of cottages facing the ocean with a shared pool in a courtyard setting. Hamilton House is the largest of these stand-alone cottages. The view from the patios is unblocked all the way to the ocean.
The cottage has four bedrooms and three baths. There are private patios off two of the bedrooms. The large living and dinning areas are spacious for family gathering and meals.
Windermere is a secure, gated island community and has one of the world’s best beaches. Snorkeling, bone fishing and taking relaxing strolls along the beach are but a few feet away. Staying at Hamilton House also affords you club privileges at Windermere.
Additional Rate Information
$300/week for any extra people
Ask about monthly rates, on some properties monthly rates are only two to three times the stated weekly rates.
A 50% deposit is required for each week reserved. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. When reserving within a 30 day period, a certified check is required.
Your deposit is refundable if 60 days notice is given.
