Great Guana, Abaco.Named for the fragrant and exotic Frangipani flower, the vibrant coral cottage is located on the Sea of Abaco, with a shared dock at the property's edge. The interior of the two bedroom, two bath cottage is cypress with vaulted ceilings, central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. The living area is decorated in rattan and tropical prints to enhance the island atmosphere. The double French doors open onto a screened front porch allowing the sea breezes to fill the cottage.
It is a leisurely 15 minute walk to the settlement on Great Guana Cay, a 10 minute walk to one of the best pink sand beaches in the Abaco's or a 1 minute walk to the end of the dock on the Sea of Abaco to enjoy the magnificent sunsets. The Sea of Abaco is our front yard, so rent a boat and take advantage of this small boaters paradise.
A VHF radio is also available for communication with island residents. Listen to the "Cruiser's Net" on channel 68 every morning at 8:15 a.m. for up to the minute weather, news, announcements and what's happening.

$100/week for each extra person, maximum 4people.
Children over 6 years of age are welcome.
Ask about monthly rates, on some properties monthly rates are only two to three times the stated weekly rates
A 50% deposit is required for each week reserved. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. When reserving within a 30 day period, a certified check is required.
Your deposit is refundable if 60 days notice is given.
