The Mediterranean designed villa offers beautiful views of the sea plus sun rises and sunsets from a lushly landscaped yard. The main living area and the master suite have 12 feet of sliding glass doors to bring the outside inside.

A 50% deposit is required for each week reserved. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. When reserving within a 30 day period, a certified check is required.
Your deposit is refundable if 60 days notice is given.

The master suite is spacious with a king bed, full marble bath with enclosed shower and Jacuzzi tub, in-wall stereo speakers and a large double sink vanity. There is a 9 inch color TV in the bath and a 32 inch color TV in the bedroom with a DVD player and separate Satellite receiver. The guest bedrooms have their own entryway for greater privacy.
There is a large open patio off the rear of the home and off the master suite is an 8 foot fully heated Jacuzzi. There is also a large covered patio off the living area. There is beach furniture, beach umbrellas, floating rafts, a 12 foot floating trampoline, a 2 person hammock and a 3 seat covered swing on the beach.
