Tar Bay, Great Exuma. One of three houses on the 54 acre Mi Dun Dee Estate, north of Georgetown, Great Exuma. This is an oceanfront custom home overlooking the emerald sea. A spacious 2500 sq. ft. beachfront villa with 2 master suites on 3 miles of powdery white, secluded beach.
There are cathederal ceilings throughout and all rooms have an ocean view. The bedrooms are airconditioned and on opposites sides of the home to offer maximum privacy. The Great room has a wetbar and 12 patio doors that open to the sundeck and sea. The house has a gourmet kitchen and is fully furnished and equipped.

A 50% deposit is required for each week reserved. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. When reserving within a 30 day period, a certified check is required.
Your deposit is refundable if 60 days notice is given.
