Property Information
Windermere Island is a 5 mile long island adjoining Eleuthera. As well as being just a few yards from the stunning Atlantic beach, a second more secluded beach cove nearby, with warm shallow waters, is ideal for small children. This is a place perfect for those wishing to “get away from it all”. The peace and quiet of a desert island, with all the amenities of “civilisation” just around the corner. The nearby Club At Windermere (5 minutes walk from the house) provides a bar and restaurant open November to May, and a pool and tennis courts all year round. Snorkelling or diving on the surrounding coral reefs provides opportunities for viewing spectacular fish.
For those needing the services of a cook or baby sitter, or grocery shopping done prior to their arrival, these can be arranged through the caretaker. This home has two bedrooms with king-sized beds and two bedrooms with two twin beds each. The small sleeping area also has a twin bed.

Add $50/night for each extra person over 6. Discounts are available for longer rentals.
Ask about monthly rates, on some properties monthly rates are only two to three times the stated weekly rates
50% deposit is required for each week reserved. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. When reserving within a 30 day period, a certified check is required.
Your deposit is refundable if 60 days notice is given.
