Property Information
Shu Casa is located at the Cottages of Windermere. This is a small cluster of cottages facing the ocean with a shared pool in a courtyard setting. Shu Casa is close to the pool and the beach. The patios provide panoramic vistas of the beach.
The cottage has two bedrooms with in suite baths. Each bedroom has its own patio. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house to offer maximum privacy with the gathering area in the middle. This is an ideal vacation spot for two couples or a family of 4.
Windermere is a secure gated island community and enjoys one of the worlds best beaches. Snorkeling, bone fishing and just relaxing strolls along the beach are but a few feet away. Your stay at Shu Casa permits you to use Windermere Island Club for dining or tennis. The Club is open November through May.

$2800/up to 4 people
Ask about monthly rates, on some properties monthly rates are only two to three times the stated weekly rates
A 50% deposit is required for each week reserved. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. When reserving within a 30 day period, a certified check is required.
Your deposit is refundable if 60 days notice is given.
