Relax on your vacation in this lovely, 4-bedroom log home in the woods of the Squam Lakes, New Hampshire, USA. Come enjoy the peace and tanquility of our lovely retreat, situated near Squam Lake, made famous by the acclaimed film "On Golden Pond." Squam Lake is the second largest lake in New Hampshire, comprising over 7,000 acres, second in size only to Lake Winnipesaukee. LAKE PHOTO IS A VIEW FROM RATTLESNAKE MOUNTAIN, NOT FROM THE PROPERTY.

$1400 per week, Saturday 4 p.m. through Saturday 11 a.m.)
Two night minimum stay on weekends at $350 per night ($375/night on holiday weekends)
Holiday weekends:
three night minimum stay at $375 per night
All rates include 8% New Hampshire meals and room tax
The log home sleeps 10 people.
There is a $35 per night per person additional charge for more than 10 people (up to 12).

Monthly and Seasonal rates (June 1 – November 30 or December 1 – May 31) also available.

Ten-minute drive to Squam Lakes and five minutes to White Oak Pond. Full bathrooms on each floor, one with a tub/shower (1st floor) and one with a tub-sized shower stall (2nd floor). Spacious master bedroom with king- sized bed, and double fold-out futon sofa (2nd floor),
Cozy twin bedroom (2nd floor), Comfy trundle-bedroom that can be twin beds or a king bed (2nd floor), and
Private 1st floor king-sized room.
Quality linens, blankets and towels provided,
Mattresses protected with vinyl covers and padding; pillows protected with washable, hypo-allergenic protectors. Box fans in each bedroom. Individually controlled heat in each bedroom and bathrooms.

Fall and Winter Activities Include:
Breathtaking fall foliage envelopes the Lakes Region and the nearby White Mountains. Fall is one of the best times of year to enjoy hiking, biking, boating, golfing and sightseeing. Enjoy downhill and cross-country skiing. You can be on the slopes of Gunstock, Ragged Mountain, Loon Mountain, Tenney Mountain and Waterville Valley after short and scenic drives. Snow-shoe and cross-country ski trails are plentiful around the lakes. Snowmobilers can access local trails to corridors #8 and #11. Ice skating and sleigh rides through the woods are available nearby.
