This house is located in the same neighborhood as the 3 bedroom only six houses down the block. The backyard features a relaxing HEATED pool with tile finish as well as a hot tub right off the patio. Rates / Deposits - Rates in US funds (accept checks, visa, mastercard, amex, discover.
3.5% added to all credit card charges.
- Security/Reservation deposit of $250 due at time of reservation. This will hold the reservation and will be refunded to you in full assuming no damages or excessive cleaning.
- A $125 cleaning fee will be assessed in addition to rental fee
- 50% of rental fee due 60 days prior to arrival
- Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival
- Upon collection of deposit, we will send you confirmation letter, directions and rental agreement.
- Cancellation Policy: All deposits/payments are non-refundable unless given 60 day notice
Both Phoenix Vacation Rental Homes are located in southeast Phoenix within the exclusive community of Ahwatukee just minutes from everything. Several golf courser are nearby as well as two major shopping malls (Arizona Mills Outlet Mall and the new Chandler Fashion Center). Hike South Mountain or take a bike ride, the activities are endless.
These vacation rentals are 3 miles off the I-10 freeway, just south of Chandler Blvd, Phoenix 85048. Located approximately 15 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport.

The Neighborhood - Both vacation rentals(#8006 3 bedroom) are located in the exclusive community of Ahwatukee in southeast Phoenix. Both homes were built in 1997 by Pulte and are located in the Foothills Gateway subdivision. This neighborhood is perfect as it is one of the few places you can rent a newer home and still be located close to restaurants, movies and the freeway. Pecos Park is located about 5 blocks from both homes and provides you with 66 acres of activities including softball, baseball, basketball, volleyball, lacrosse, rugby, running, kids play toys, a dog park, a skate park and a $2.1 million swimming pool center which includes a 25-meter swimming pool and a water slide. There are many restaurants within walking distance.
