This St. George, Utah townhome is on the Sunbrook Golf Course. It's Green Valley location is in the heart of the Saint George golfing community. Zion, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon and Lake Powell are all within an easy drive.
Enjoy panoramic views of Pine Mountain, Snow Canyon and the 5th hole at Sunbrook's Blackrock nine. This unit has 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with it's own private bath. The spacious master is beautifully furnished with a new king bed. It has it's own cable TV, DVD, walk-in closet, and private bath with extra large tiled shower. Sliding doors lead to the upstairs covered deck. The second bedroom has a full private bath, 2 twin beds, cable TV, VCR, and access to the upstairs deck. The laundry area is conveniently located near both bedrooms.
Downstairs is the dining room and in the living room is a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa, a home theater system including cable TV, DVD, VCR and surround sound. The 3-way fireplace is visible from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious with granite countertops and a walk-in pantry.
The one-car garage provide storage for all your recreation gear. Additional private parking space in front of the unit. There is a pool and spa for your enjoyment.
