Reservations will be fully refunded if cancelled within 180 days of the start of the rental period. A 90 day cancellation before the start of the rental period will be refunded by 50% of Lessee's deposit. Cancellations within 89 days before the start of the rental period will be forfeited unless owner can re-lease the property at market rate.
