Damaged or missing items will be deducted from damage deposit.
Rates for this lovely property begin at $800. per night for stays under 7 nights, $650. final cleaning fee, damage deposit of $2000. refundable if the home is left in good condition. Stays over 7 nights may be subject to some reduced pricing in the nature of $750. per night.
