Property Description
Turn left on Pi'ilani Highway (Hwy 31) and follow it until it ends at the top of the resort community of Wailea. The Highway will turn right onto Wailea 'Ike Drive, heading down hill toward the ocean. When you reach the stop light at the bottom of the hill (Wailea Alanui Drive), turn right. Wailea Elua will be just down the road, be on your left (ocean side). Pull up to the guard house and let them know you are staying in unit #1204

The large travertine flooring in the kitchen, dining, living and baths provide a cool walking surface on those balmy Hawaiian nights. It's just steps away from stunning Ulua Beach and the newly remodeled pool pavilion. High-speed internet comes complimentary with your vacation rental.
Wailea Elua Village is an exclusive beachfront property located in the heart of the resort community of Wailea. This relaxing low-density property consists of two-story buildings terraced over twenty-four acres of immaculate tropical landscaping. Beautiful Ulua Beach fronting the property is a well-known snorkeling destination and is great for watching dramatic sunsets, swimming, sunning and whale watching in the winter months. Wailea Elua Village is a gated air-conditioned property that includes two swimming pools, Jacuzzi, beachfront pavilion with barbecues, putting green, pickleball court and free private parking. The spacious interiors include fully equipped kitchens, washers & dryers, cable television, free local phone service, private lanais and luxury linens supplied directly by Ali'i Resorts. Housekeeping services are included at this resort property. Guests will receive a clean and exchange of all amenities and linens on every 3rd day. Housekeeping services can happen from 8:30am-4:30pm. All days in between are towel drop.

Anniversary in Paradise
For our 10th anniversay, we spent 14 days in the wonderful paradise of Elua 1204. A combination of outstanding views, closeness to the ideal beach, within eyesite of a really great snorkel site, 60 seconds to a wonderful, relaxing pool, and a short walk to several first rate restaurants. We mixed days of pure relaxation, with exciting day trips to Haleakala, Hana, Molokini, and Kapalua. We've made 5 trips to Hawaii, and this is the most fabulous condo we've stayed in yet!
Comfortable home, with well equipped kitchen.
The Elua village is beautiful! We walked the beach path, and saw no other facility we would prefer. The unit we rented had a wonderful view and was comfortable, but we are a little picky and did feel the unit could have used a good cleaning. We were surprised how quickly the cleaning ladies were in and out each day and never really knew what they did other than replace towels and occasionally linens. The pool area was spotless with a fully equipped kitchen in the pavilion, and the grounds were immaculate. Truly a Hawaiian paradise with a beautiful beach and a gated area right off the beach equipped with cabanas for Elua village residents. Occasionally the noise from construction next door bothered us to the point where we were ready to call management, but it is difficult to complain about anything when you are surrounded by such natural beauty. We feel we made the right choice in staying at Elua village.
A Beautiful Unit
This unit has everything that a family of 4 needs to have a great vacation. Our boys loved the short walk to the ocean but were a little disappointed that there were no rackets for the paddle tennis court. The housekeepers were very helpful and security was very professional. We would be happy to rent this unit again.

Excellent location and not crowded with people. The beach was never crowded also. Gated complex was a plus with security if needed.
Perfect
The unit was perfect. Had a perfect location, perfect kitchen, perfect setting. Hope nobody wants it when I decide to return. This was our families 6th trip to Maui and we really enjoyed ali'i resorts professional attitude.
a week in paradise
We love the location of the condo and the decor is fine. My only real complaint is that I feel that the condo could be cleaner. I know I am fussy, but that is really important to me. I notice the details.

We come to Elua Village every other year, unit 1204 is the very best unit we have had to date. While all are nice, this unit was the most comfortable and well equiped.
