The Refuge This Engelmann Spruce Log Cabin represents the ultimate in spacious seclusion. This cabin is located on the 40-acre Tall Pines estate, just 20 minutes from Branson. The Refuge is situated on a 40-acre country estate in the heart the Ozarks. 7 unique homes are available for guests to enjoy while they vacation in Branson Missouri.
The Refuge at Tall Pines, a fully-featured house with all the comforts of a log cabin, is The Refuge at Tall Pines. It boasts 2,000 square feet indoor living space. There are several outdoor living areas, including a covered porch, a covered porch and an open deck. The main level has a large stone fireplace (gaslog), large custom windows and 2 queen bedrooms. There is also a large country kitchen/living area. Upstairs, you will find a spacious loft with stunning views of the surrounding forest and a large master bedroom suite with a separate tub and shower. The lower level houses a comfortable living room. Our guests love the main floor living room/kitchen and the family room for entertainment and conversation. The corner of the lowest floor houses full laundry facilities. The downstairs has a pool table and large screen TV. There is also a patio with a pool table. You can also enjoy foosball upstairs.
The outside is just as beautiful as the inside! The yard is large enough for children to enjoy, and the cabins are within walking distance of a swing set. The wrap-around deck offers incredible views, patio furniture, a hot spa, and a gas grill. You are less than 1/2 mile from lake swimming and boating access. It is also less than 20 minutes from Dogwood Canyon, Big Cedar, Award winning Golf Courses, Branson, and Branson. !

Tall Pines is quiet and surrounded by nature. Each house has an outdoor hot tub for ultimate relaxation and tranquility. We are surrounded by tranquility and nature, far from the hustle and bustle of Branson. Our property is surrounded by a large cattle ranch. Another ranch is just across the street. We love the cows! Nearly every Branson rental is crowded with many others, condos upon condos, and cabins upon cottages. Ours isn't like that, and we have kept the number homes on this peaceful country estate to a minimum. Tall Pines is a great place to enjoy nature. Tall Pines offers walking trails, a small playground and a treasure hunt that children of all ages will enjoy. The home offers free internet, but may not be able to stream streaming services. You can also use our universal car charger and Tesla charger.

This Refuge log house went far past our expectations. It is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed our first Christmas away from home and hope to continue this new tradition. The children loved the treasure hunt and exploring the grounds. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in. We truly had a wonderful time.

The cabin is so beautiful and well done. the quiet of the wood was fantastic. We didn't leave this haven (except for a thirty minute drive) for the entire six days. We relaxed and then started it all over! Best of all, we had some fantastic times with our great Lord and Savior! -November 2008

Thank you very much for the wonderful stay! The Refuge was very enjoyable. Our four boys loved playing pool, ping-pong, and jumping in the hot tub. It was SO convenient to the lake also. We rented a boat for the day and came home to soak in the hot tub. We truly enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time doing all the things that Branson has to offer- SDC, Moses, putt-putt, and so many other things. Thanks again!

This was our second time at the Refuge, and the experience was so relaxing. We played a lot of pool, and also toured some of Branson's attractions like Moses and Silver Dollar City. This has become our home away from home, and we hope to visit again. Soon!!!

We loved our visit to Branson!! We planned our trip as a last big trip for our son, a couple of friends, and the rest of our family. We had a wonderful time! They loved the pool table, foosball, and ping pong! So nice having them do something else besides Xbox! We had a couple of issues but they were handled promptly and did not interfere with our activities at all! Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!! We hope to visit again soon!
