Property Description

Scotch Pine 1310 is the perfect place to stay for your next vacation.

This unit is located on the top floor of the building, right next to the walking trail to Table Rock Lake. The bedrooms are separated by a walkway, which makes it a quiet retreat! The living area is open with a kitchen and dining space. The condo has granite countertops and stone accents. Marble and Pergo flooring are also featured throughout the main floor. Fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, oven and refrigerator. Large windows offer great views of the lake, wildlife and the private deck that leads to the main living area. The main living space includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the main level. The loft area is upstairs with great views of the main living area.

King-size beds are available in the master bedroom and loft area. A queen-size bed is available in the second bedroom. The loft area also has a queen size futon. The master bedroom has an en suite bath with a tub/shower combination. The hallway also houses a 2nd bathroom with a stand up shower. To make the loft area a second master bedroom, there is a privacy curtain and a door that can be closed off from downstairs. The loft area has a large window that overlooks the main living area. Separate laundry area to house a full-size washer/dryer.

This condo has an upstairs living area! This unit may not be suitable for those who have difficulty climbing stairs. Get in touch with us to find the perfect spot for you!
