My first time in Gatlinburg and staying in a cabin... the cabin was wonderful and make me feel right at home. The view was beautiful and the cabin was nice and clean!!

The only suggestion I would make would to be to add a few more towels in the cabin. We were constantly having to wash towels. Other than that, it was perfect. Thank you!!

This place was exactly as portrayed in the website. From the time we walked in to the time we departed, there were no unexpected issues. The view was gorgeous, the cabin was clean, well furnished, well organized. In the past I have stayed at so many places and fell victim to photoshopped views, digital doctoring, whatever you wanna call it. This place was represented by its website photos perfectly. I recognized the property as soon as I pulled up, and every room, the porches, and the kitchen area was exactly what was expected when purchasing. American Patriot Getaways, YOU NAILED IT. My family celebrated my Dad's 90th birthday together. This is a handicapped cabin, so it made it so convenient for him to get around. The 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 down were perfect. The ramp up to the cabin, the shower, location of the bathroom froe bed were great for him! Great stay!!

My family and I enjoyed our days in Pigeon Forge. Even tho we had a problem with a leak the first night, it was handled quickly and efficiently. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. I was impressed that the staff called and gave us the weather report of snow so we could be prepared with groceries. That was above and beyond expectations.
