This newly refreshed luxury vacation rental home features an outdoor entertaining space with a large covered lanai with a tv, dining table, and an adjacent game room that has a ping-pong table. The pool features a sundeck entry, dual natural rock waterfalls with seating, and a stone-edged spa. But don't spend all day long at the pool, try to remember to hop over to the beach every now and then!Inside there is a spacious living area with cozy seating (including a sleeper sofa) and a dining table for 8. The full kitchen has everything you'll need to cook a gourmet meal if you are so inclined! Just off the living room is a deck with seating that leads down to the pool area. Back inside, also off the kitchen, is a half bath with access to the washer and dryer behind a pocket door.There are 5 bedrooms in Mojito Splash. On the main living floor, there is a King Master Suite with a private balcony and en-suite bathroom featuring a jetted tub and walk-in shower. On the upper level, the King Master Suite has a private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Also on this level, you will find 2 King rooms and a room with a daybed and trundle. These three rooms share a full bath with shower/tub combo.
