This home is packed with amenities, including a rooftop deck with spectacular views of the bay and a backyard with a pool and a putting green and is near shops, restaurants, and the Free Island Trolley that will take you and your guests wherever you'd like on Anna Maria Island! Highlights- Less than a 10-minute walk to the beach- Rooftop deck with water views- Private pool and In-ground Spa- Putting Green - Pool and Ping Pong Table With upscale finishes, the kitchen has stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, and a large quartz island with chic barstools. Enjoy delicious meals at the formal dining table or bring the party outside to the outdoor dining table on the balcony that can seat eight guests. After fun days at the beach, guests can relax on the large sectional in the living area and catch up on their favorite shows. The primary bedroom, bunk room, and den are on the third floor, with a sleeper sofa, TV, balcony, and rooftop access. The primary bedroom has premium bedding, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The bunk bedroom has a large TV and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as access to the hall bath with a shower and tub combination. The downstairs King bedrooms have beautiful coastal decor; one has a private balcony, and each has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Room Details -Primary Bedroom, 3rd floor: King bed, closet, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower -Second Bedroom, 2nd floor: King bed, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower -Third Bedroom, 2nd floor: King bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower -Fourth Bedroom, 3rd floor: Full over Full bunk bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower -Den, 3rd floor: Queen Sleeper Sofa Underneath the covered patio is a grill, plush seating area, and a Pool Table. In the garage you'll find a Ping Pong table and beach chairs to make sure your time spent at the beach is the best possible. -4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.This property does not allow pets.This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company.We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.Please Remember: "You are vacationing in a residential area.
