Surrounded by 100-year-old trees, carefully tended perennial flower beds and the ambiance of a French country estate, Pinecrest Cottage offers you a place that feels like home the moment you walk in.
Come to Pinecrest Cottage where, year round, you will enjoy Kentucky's scenic beauty and the warmth of southern hospitality in a romantic, secluded setting.
Located on the last 6.5 acres of a 400 acre land grant from Virginia Governor Patrick Henry in the late 1700s, Pinecrest Cottage and Gardens is unique in that it is a separate, well appointed guest house, affording guests complete privacy. There is a modern, fully stocked kitchen with every convenience, sun porch, living room with working fireplace and TV/VCR/DVD with cable hook-up for your enjoyment, FREE wireless internet access, large bedroom with king-size bed, cedar closet and full bath. A studio couch in the living room converts to a double bed.
Join us in the winter months and enjoy the magic colors of autumn or the quiet stillness of a winter morning under a blanket of new-fallen snow. Visit in the warmer months and enjoy swimming in the in-ground pool. Year round, you will enjoy Kentucky's scenic beauty and the warmth of southern hospitality.

Your hosts are active community volunteers. Nancy is involved in music throughout the community and is a member of the Louisville Bed and Breakfast Association. Allan is an entrepreneur, active Rotarian and both he and Nancy are active in their church.

Summer Rates:
$110 - $165 when pool is open.
October 1 thru May 31
Rates: $110 - $145.
Rates are for single occupancy or a couple per night. For double occupancy or a third person, add $15.
Sales and hotel taxes apply
Rates for Derby and other special events higher
We are happy to accommodate OUTDOOR WEDDINGS and RECEPTIONS for our guests.
Children are welcome.
Payment/Cancellation Policy:
At the time of reservation, a credit card number will be requested, but will not be used until your arrival. Cash, check or credit card accepted.
Cancellation Requires 48 Hour Notice
There is no required check in or departure time, unless the cottage is tightly booked.
For the comfort of our future guests, smoking and non-resident pets are not permitted.

There is a lot to see and do in Louisville including rides and attractions at the Kentucky Kingdom amusement park, sites at the Kentucky Fair & Exposition Center, or the Louisville Zoo. The famous Kentucky Derby Museum is a must-see for any equestrian fan, while all will appreciate the lovely historic homes, numerous parks, and the splendid Ohio River with the Belle of Louisville paddlewheeler.
