Available for “group rental” the Sunset Mt Lodge offers “family and friends” 10 nicely appointed rooms, 9.5 bathrooms, a full commercial kitchen, a large dinning room, a social gathering room (with large screen cable TV), a picturesque porch, plenty of parking, air conditioned rooms, wireless Internet access, and all the comforts of home….but that’s not all !!
The Sunset Mt Lodge (on the shores of beautiful Brant Lake) provides it’s guests with full access to one of America’s most beautiful lakes. It includes a delightful sandy beach, rowboats, canoes, sailboats, grassy lawn with shuffleboard, horseshoes, a playground for children, and plenty of room for lake access recreation.
The Sunset Mt Lodge “hosts its guests” with linens, gas grills, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, dishwashers, a laundry facility and much much more.
Self-contained in solitude, the Sunset Mt Lodge is the perfect place for families and friends to conduct “group gatherings”. It provides the perfect atmosphere for re-acquainting, relaxation, and creating lasting memories. But for those who seek “expanded entertainment and activities” the Sunset Mt Lodge is in close proximity to many Adirondack recreational, historical and entertainment venues (Lake George, Lake Champlain, Saratoga, Ticonderoga, Lake Placid, outlet malls, antique shops, horseback riding, river rafting, hiking trails, children’s activities, etc.)

Our 6 Housekeeping Cottages are available on a full week basis Saturday to Saturday in July and August. They are available for shorter periods in May, June and September. Four of the Cottages have two-bedrooms and two-baths and two of the cottages are 1 bedroom with one bath. They all have stocked kitchens and cable TV. All cottages have a lake view. We have a 1-Bedroom apartment with full kitchen available as well.
Full Lodge Rental available for $5,000/week for July and August; $4,000/week for June and September.
Cottage rates range from $400 to $1,500/week depending on date.
Applicable taxes are not included.

Sunset Mt Lodge is located on Route 8 exactly 5 miles from Exit 25 of the Adirondack Northway in the heart of the eastern Adirondacks. We are approximately 1 hour from Albany, 45 minutes from Saratoga and 30 minutes from Lake George. Brant Lake is 6 miles long and 1 mile wide. Property on the lake is 98% private residences and open space.
Swimming, fishing, boating, biking, hiking, horseback riding, sailing, antiquing, white water rafting, tennis, golf and shopping. Lake George outlets are only 25 minutes away.
