Bristol Views Bed & Breakfast
Nestled in the Bristol Hills, overlooking the southern end of Canandaigua Lake, Bristol Views Bed and Breakfast offers a relaxing get-away. Located on scenic County Road 12 in Naples, NY you will enjoy the beautiful vistas of the lake, vineyards, and Naples Valley. Guests will experience one of New York’s finest areas, the New York Finger Lakes Region, and all it has to offer. Bristol Views is an excellent place to start and end the Finger Lakes experience.
A recently renovated farmhouse, we have 4 rooms for guests. The downstairs guestroom and bath is wheelchair accessible.
In the living room, guests will find games, a piano,wood burning stove, and a fantastic view of Canandaigua Lake. Sunrises over Bare Hill are especially stunning! Guests have use of a large deck with a hot tub, lounging chairs, and a table. The front porch is a great place to relax, read a book while swinging on the porch swing or rocking in the rocking chairs. All guests will have use of a small refrigerator and microwave. The B & B is WiFi accessible.
A full breakfast is provided in the dining room each morning. Please notify the innkeeper of any dietary needs/restrictions at the time of registration. Light beverages are available throughout the day.
Whether you are looking to just relax, want to visit some of the finest wineries in the area, hiking and biking trails where you can enjoy the splendors of nature, or want to spend time on the lake itself -- be sure to visit Bristol Views Bed and Breakfast. We are located within 1 mile of the southern boat launch on Canandaigua Lake. We have plenty of room for guests to park a boat and trailer when they are not out enjoying the water.
The Finger Lakes also offers a variety of activities for guests: museums, antiques, specialty shopping, fishing, and golfing to name a few. |

Each room provides a different, and comfortable atmosphere, letting guests select a room that fits their needs and personalities. Below you will find a picture of each of the guest rooms, along with a brief description.
The Hawkins Room
The Hawkins Room is named for the family who lived and worked this farm for generations. This corner room offers the same fantastic view as the living room. The Hawkins Room has a queen-sized bed with an attached bath with a tub/shower.

An ancient legend of the Seneca Nation considers South Hill as the birthplace of the Seneca Nation. South Hill can be viewed from the window in this room. The Seneca Room has a queen-sized bed with an attached bath with a neo-angled jetted shower.

The Hawkins and Seneca Rooms may be a suite for a family. The cost would be $250/night.
The Empire Room
The Empire Room is our largest room. It is named to honor the State of New York and all its offerings. Guests can view the Bristol Hills and vineyards from the room. Guests can relax in the jacuzzi bath/shower and then settle in for the night on the king-sized bed.

The Erie Room
This room honors one of New York's finest, The Erie Canal. This room has been designed for guests who may not want to climb stairs. The attached bath is wheelchair accessible. The room is furnished with a queen-sized sofabed - "don't panic - this is not your grandma's sofabed". This bed has an extremely comfortable aerobed mattress with a featherbed topper.

The Finger Lakes Region of New York has something for everyone and something for every season. Interstate 90 (The NY State Thruway) or Interstate 86 provides easy access from any part of the state. The hills and lakes make driving the State highways and county roads an enjoyable experience in and of itself.
The outdoor enthusiast will find many adventures on hiking trails, bike trails, the gullies and waterfalls, and, of course, the lakes. In the winter there is downhill skiing, snow boarding, cross-country skiing, and ice fishing nearby.
The shopper will be overwhelmed with the antique offerings, the arts and craft centers, the artisan galleries, and the quaint shops in the small towns.
Visitors to Bristol Views can spend days visiting all of the wineries of the Finger Lakes and the surrounding historical and cultural venues. Guests may also want to try their luck at the Finger Lake Race Track in nearby Farmington.
Most of all, guests to Bristol Views will be awed by the splendor of nature here in the Bristol Hills of the Finger Lakes. Every season is beautiful - from the greens of spring and summer to the golds, yellows and reds of fall, to the whites of winter.

Bristol Views Bed and Breakfast offers a beautiful setting for an outdoor wedding and/or reception in the Finger Lakes. Located above the B&B is a level grassy area that will provide stunning vistas of Canandaigua Lake, vineyards, the Bristol Hills and Naples Valley.
The site can easily accomodate up to a 60X80 tent. Parking limits the wedding to a maximum of 150 guests. The innkeepers will gladly assist you with planning to make your event a memorable one. Please contact them for a further information at 585-374-8875.
