The bedroom includes a king bed and a convenient attached bathroom. The bunks are perfect for kids and are tucked in the hallway with a half bath in close proximity. The sofa also pulls out to a queen bed to sleep 2 more guests.

Gulf Place:
Gulf Place is a fabulous place to stay and play on 30A. Filled with shops and restaurants, an event lawn with stage, bike and board rentals and don't forget the beach access. It's all there in one corner of 30A and 393. You'll have access to all 3 pools in the area, as well as tennis courts, shuffleboard, bags, and plenty of green space to relax and soak up the Florida sunshine. For your convenience the Cabanas building has laundry facilities on each floor.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
