Grab a cocktail or glass of wine, head out to the wrap-around deck and lounge at the fire table, or keep the grill tender company at the outdoor bar.  After dinner, take a dip in the hot tub or watch a movie while cozied up at the fire in the great room, or grab some drinks, head up to the movie & game room and stock the mini-frig for some Xbox gaming or binge watching. A Visio Sound Bar system is connected to the Smart TV for the ultimate gaming or movie experience. There's a queen sleeper sofa and the cocktail table on castors easily rolls out of the way.  Craving s'mores and a good ol' campfire?  Gather 'round the firepit, light the tiki torches and roast marshmallows to your heart's content!  Head out to the new bocce ball court for a friendly game with family!  Got a guitar player in the group?  There's an acoustic guitar in the great room for memorable fireside entertainment.

In the heated garage game room, you can challenge someone to a fun game of ping pong, arcade basketball or foosball.  There's even a microphone w/ speaker system for announcing the play by plays or for Karaoke!

The bedrooms are beautifully appointed.  The primary bedroom features sliding doors opening to the deck, and a split king bed with adjustable mattresses for ultimate comfort.  Slide open the barn door and enter the en-suite bath w/ heated floors, roomy shower, water closet, large walk-in closet, and beautiful finishes throughout.

Lamont, the loveable lounging bear, will greet you as you ascend the stairs!  In addition to the movie/game room, there's another queen master BR w/ en suite bath, and a second queen bedroom plus a super cool bunk room with 2 sets of twin-over-full bunks through the queen bedroom, that share a hall bath with dual sinks.  The house can sleep up to 12 comfortably (not counting the sleeper sofa).
