A TRULY UNIQUE HOME WITH A LITTLE SLICE of Heaven! This home is unique and has everything you need to make your summer vacation unforgettable. This unique home is located in Bretton Woods. It was built around a central spiral staircase that was carved around a dead tree, with its roots visible in the middle. The staircase leads to the top floor. Here you will find a cozy master suite with an exposed walk-in closet, a rustic-themed bathroom with a stone and pebble shower, and a butcher block vanity. The loft-style open balcony area has a full-size bed. The modern kitchen has stainless appliances and wood countertops. It also includes all the necessary appliances for a well-stocked kitchen, such as an Instapot and a Keurig. The living room has a warm soapstone wood stove (firewood is available in the winter months), as well as a large wall-mounted TV with live TV and many on-demand options, including Hulu Plus, HBO, Netflix and Amazon Prime. The large deck has a grill, table, umbrella and a few rocking chairs. You can also enjoy the stunning stone patio with stone firepit and make memories by the fire. You will also have access to all the wonderful features of the Moose Lodge or Cabins. We have been busy creating new trails that allow easy walking access to stunning ecological areas on the property, including wetlands and ponds, as well as riverfront walks. You can take a dip in the pristine river, or you can tube, fish, or snowshoe right from your backyard in winter. You can also sit on the deck to see if you spot our resident baldeagle. This is a great way to make memories!

Master Bedroom: This bedroom is located up the spiral staircase to second floor and has a King-sized bed. Sleeps 2. LOFT: Located next door to the master bedroom, this loft features a Full-sized bed. Sleeps 2. Guest Bedroom #1: Located on our main level, it features a Full-sized bed. Sleeps 2. Guest Bedroom #2: Located on main level, this guest bedroom features a twin bunk bed. Sleeps 2. Bathroom #1: A full bath is located on the second level and includes a walk-in stone shower. Bathroom #2: A full bath on the main floor with slate tile. Additional sleeping options: A queen-sized pull-out sofa is located in the living area. Sleeps 2. Kitchen: Beautiful, warm, and fully stocked! Modern stainless steel appliances and a drip-coffe maker are available. Living/Dining: This open-concept area features a dining table for 6 and rustic furniture around the TV and wood burning stove. Outdoors: Large deck with gas grill and outdoor dining table. A few stone steps lead down to the stone patio, which has a spectacular firepit. Additional Features: Central AC, TV with Hulu and Amazon, Disney+, HBO, and Cable, foosball and free high-speed wi-fi. Linens provided. Pet friendly! Owner's residence is across the street from shared Tesla charger.

*The house is the newest rental home on the 32-acre site at the Moose Lodge & Cabins. It also includes the Moose Lodge & Bear Cabin. For a truly memorable experience, large groups can rent all three. The property is surrounded by the White Mountain National Forest, Ammonoosuc River and is a paradise for wildlife lovers and birdwatchers. There are frequent bear and moose sightings. It is a Certified Wildlife Habitat and we are working together with local experts as well as the Federal government to preserve the unique biological diversity of the land. This includes beautiful wetlands, vernal pools and streams, balsam and red spruce forests and maple groves. We also have the riverfront with its many beaches for our guests' enjoyment. This beach is great for swimming, fishing, tubing or just relaxing on the shore while the kids play in it.

House Rules:

-Check in after 4PM, unless otherwise permitted
Checkout at 11 am. Unauthorized late checkouts subject $100/hr fee
-The reported guest count cannot be exceeded in the unit without approval
-No events, parties or large gatherings
-It is not acceptable for people, instruments or tvs to be so loud that they are a nuisance to others.
Guests are expected to observe posted speed limits and drive with caution.
No smoking in the unit. $250 penalty for violations
-No fireworks; $100 fee for violations
-Never leave trash outside; $100 fine for violating this policy
