The sauna is located in the woods around the home and just a short walk from the house. It has a small changing area and is an amazing way to relax your muscles and mind.

The main living area is bright and open due to the abundance of windows and a central light shaft with glass enclosed that was originally meant to be an elevator shaft for this residential home. The high end kitchen appliances include an indoor grill, 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Deck with Solo stove. There are two living areas with wood burning fireplaces (firewood not included). Guests are expected to observe posted speed limits and drive with caution.
No smoking in the unit. $250 penalty for violations
-No fireworks; $100 fee for violations
-No trash to be left out at any time. $100 penalty for violating this policy
-Dogs (maximum 2 dogs) are subject to $100/dog/stay charge. Dogs that bark may not be allowed in the unit. Other pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets are subject to a $300 fee and immediate expulsion from the unit.
