A large deck overlooking the stunning view is perfect for entertaining, and there's also a hot tub that is available year round. You can find spectacular hikes, skiing, Santa's Village and many other options just minutes away from the White Mountains' northern edge.

Master Bedroom: Located in a loft, it features a king-sized bed and a private bathroom. Sleeps 2. Guest Bedroom #1: Located on main level, it features a queen-sized bed. Sleeps 2. Guest Bedroom #2: Located on the lower floor, this guest bedroom features a full-sized bed. Sleeps 2 (note that there is no window; use at your own risk). Guest Bedroom #3: Located on a lower level, this bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk. Sleeps 3 (small window, use at your own risk). Additional sleeping options: A full-sized pullout sofa is located on the lower level. Sleeps 2. Bathroom #1: This bathroom is located in the master bedroom. It features a combination bathtub/shower. Bathroom #2: This bathroom is located on the main floor and has a combination bathtub/shower. Bathroom #3. This bathroom is located on the lower level and has a combination bathtub/shower. Kitchen: Fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Includes a Keurig coffee machine, stainless steel appliances, and a center island that seats 4. Living/Dining Space: An open concept space with 6 seats and comfortable furniture around the large stone wood burning fireplace. Lower Level Living and Game room. The back yard is accessible via wide doors. Outdoor Area: Large back yard with view to Vermont's Northeast Kingdom. Hot tub and firepit. You have more options to enjoy the view from the large deck and 3 Season porch. Additional Features: Washer and dryer, high speed wi-fi. Internet service upgraded January 20,22 This home does not have AC. Our climate is mild so AC is not necessary. Fans are available. Disclosures: The lower level gas fireplace is no longer in service. Rokus provided for guest sign-in to smart apps. The last 100ft of driveway can be steep and may require 4-WD in certain weather conditions.

House Rules:

-Check in after 4PM, unless otherwise permitted

Checkout at 11 am. Unauthorized late checkouts subject $100/hr fee

-The reported guest count cannot be exceeded in the unit without approval

-No events, parties or large gatherings

-It is not acceptable for people, instruments or tvs to be so loud that they are a nuisance to others.

Guests are expected to observe posted speed limits and drive with caution.

No smoking in the unit. $250 penalty for violations

-No fireworks; $100 fee for violations

-No trash to be left out at any time. $100 penalty for violating this policy

-Dogs (maximum 2 dogs) are subject to a $100 per pet fee. Dogs that bark may not be allowed in the unit. Other pets are not allowed.

Please note that the driveway is maintained well, but some vehicles may not make it up the driveway in winter. If you are worried about your ability to get back out, there is a parking area at the driveway's beginning. You may not be able get back up due to weather changes. We do not recommend that 2WD vehicles drive all the way to bottom.
