The house is divided into four levels. The driveway to the upper level and the front door lead to level 1. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on this level. One level above ground is the living area, kitchen and bedroom. The living room, kitchen, and bedroom are located on the third level.

This home does not have AC. The climate is mild so AC is not necessary. Fans are available. Garage is located on a lower level and is very small. It can be used by guests, but larger vehicles may not fit.
*Please note: This house is in a quiet, family-friendly area. Visitors and neighbors are welcome to enjoy the tranquility of the mountains. This home is not suitable for parties or groups that want to be loud and boisterous. All rules of the association, including QUIET HOURS (10pm - 8am), PARKING LIMITATIONS (2 cars in driveway, 1 in the garage, and others at the base the ski area), trash collection must be observed. Your party may be removed immediately without refunds if they violate any of these rules. For violating local regulations, guests are responsible for any fines imposed by the association or municipality.
