On the lower level, you will find a second living room area with a pull-out couch, wet bar, bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a full bathroom, laundry room, and a private sauna. This layout makes the unit very suitable for multiple families or large groups that want privacy using two different levels. The main level living room has a beautiful wood-burning fireplace while the first-floor bedroom and the lower level living room each have a gas fireplace. The lower level also features a new private sauna room!The spacious bedroom on the main level features an in-room jetted tub and a private half-bathroom. On the upper level, you will find two more bedrooms, each with a queen bed and one with an additional two twin beds. These bedrooms each have their own bathroom. This is a ski-in/ski-out townhome to Lutsen Mountains. The ski trail runs right past the back door on the lower level and leads you right to the Caribou Express Chair Lift on Moose Mountain. Please note that you should already have your lift pass before heading out as you will need it to board the chairlift.
