Bedroom 1 is located adjacent to the entrance (facing south) and has a queen-sized bed, a ceiling fan, a flatscreen TV, nightstands, lamps, and a wardrobe. This bedroom has direct access to the first level full bathroom, which features a combination of a bathtub and shower. This bedroom has a view of the salt marshes and sound across the street.
The living room is located at the front of the house and faces the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
This room has a large queen-size sleeper sofa and two comfortable recliners. It also includes an additional armchair, coffee tables, end tables, lamps, and a large TV. This room has direct access to a large covered patio where you can enjoy the ocean views from comfortable seating. This porch also has a table with four chairs for those who prefer to eat outside.
The kitchen is located directly adjacent to the living room and has all the necessary major and small countertop appliances. Major appliances include a large stainless fridge with icemaker and range/oven combo, dishwasher, and built-in microwavable. Countertop appliances include a toaster, coffee pot and blender. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare basic meals. There is plenty cabinet space with granite counter tops. The large bar area has enough space for three people to eat.
The laundry area is adjacent to the kitchen and contains a full-size washing machine and dryer, as well as extra cabinet space for storage.
The dining area has a large table with seating for 6 people and the bar area includes bar stools that can accommodate 3 more. There is also an outdoor dining table that can accommodate 4 people on the porch.
As you climb to the upper level, you will find two large bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and plenty of deck space.
The bedroom 2 is located oceanside and has a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan and flatscreen TV. It also includes a dresser, nightstands and lamp. This bedroom has direct access to the upper oceanside deck, where you can enjoy the stunning views.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed, nightstands and lamps, dressers and a ceiling fan. It also has a flat screen TV and lovely wall art. This bedroom has direct access to the oceanside deck, where you can enjoy the sunrises in comfort. This bedroom has a private door that leads to the shared full bath with Bedroom 2.
The upper bathroom features double vanities, walk-in showers, and a large tub that faces the salt marshes and sound at the rear of the house. This is a great place to relax and take in the beautiful views.
This home allows pets up to two dogs weighing 50 pounds each. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $175.00 for each dog.
