Property Information
As described below, we recently completely renovated and refurnished our condo.The comfortable Living Room has a queen size pullout sleep sofa, color TV with cable and Combo CD/VCR.
We have two bedrooms: a Master Bedroom with Master Bath (new King bed) and a second bedroom has two new Queen beds. The 2nd Bathroom serves the second bedroom and guests. There is also a TV with VCR in the Master BR.
The Kitchen was completely remodeled and is fully furnished with new side by side frig with filtered water and ice maker, new dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, and new built-in micro-wave. Our suite also contains a washer and dryer.
We are in the north high rise (Annapolis) -3rd floor. If you look at the picture of the buildings, you can see the Sea Villas in front.
We are in the high rise in back of the Villas on the right side as you're looking at the buildings. We are in the third unit from the right, and have a view looking north towards the Town with a partial view of ocean. While you won't have a full view of the ocean, you'll enjoy being on the OCEAN SIDE at prices comparable or better than across the highway where you have to walk across busy Rt.1 or wait for the shuttle bus.
Over the past few years, we've made significant improvements. In 2003, we installed a new HVAC system, and new heavy duty sliding glass doors, and completely updated the 2nd bathroom. In 2004, the following renovations have been completed: (1) kitchen completely remodeled with new cabinets and appliances; (2) ceramic tile flooring installed in kitchen and dining area; (3) new 6 panel doors; (4) new crown and base moldings throughout the condo; (5) all rooms repainted and (6) new berber carpet throughout. In 2004, our Annapolis building was completely renovated, including new windows, doors, electrical and fire safety/alarm systems, new siding, and new surfacing of the walkways and decks. This year, Sea Colony was replacing and updating our elevators.

Rates are Week to Week and Saturday to Saturday; occupancy from 2 P.M. on way in and 11 A.M. on vacating.
The rates do not include a weekly recreation fee* paid directly to Sea Colony:
-$35/person in peak summer
-$10-$15/person in off-season

Other Availability
Prefer weekly only from May 12th through September 29th. Will consider weekend rentals at other times for a minimum of 3 days at 50% of the weekly rate.

Our condo is located in the Annapolis Building within the premier resort community of Sea Colony in the quiet beach resort town of Bethany Beach, Delaware. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor tennis courts,
private & guarded ocean beach, and the town center with its' boardwalk lined with unique shops, restaurants and arcades. Bethany Beach is about 10 miles north of Ocean City MD and 10 miles south of Rehoboth Beach DE both of which contain boardwalks, amusement rides
and arcades. Golfing is great in the area, especially the Rick Jacobson's Bear Trap Golf Course located about 3 miles from Sea Colony.
Property Activities
In addition to the indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, private & guarded ocean beach, Sea Colony, for a fee, offers daily camps for grown children, and structured baby sitting services for young children. Our children grew up at Sea Colony
during the summers of the 70s and 80s, and are now bringing our grandchildren to Sea Colony. It's a great family community with lots to do! Restaurants and night-life activities are plentiful in the Ocean City - Rehoboth Beach area! |
