This four thousand square foot home was desiged around a center courtyard featuring two palm trees and a miniature rain forest. The living room has a cathedral ceiling faced with Honduran mahogany and opens onto a terrace through French doors. The large furnished terrace overlooks the Japanese sitting pond and a beautiful beach. The master bedroom has a four poster king size bed and an oversized tiled shower. Each bedroom has its own private tiled bath and a view of the Caribbean Sea. Most water sports are just a short walk through the stone gate to the beach.

The area hosts many fine restaurants. El Faro, Rincon's lighthouse offers stunning views of the ocean and is one of two passivewhale watching parks in the world. The surrounding area offers interesting side trips like coffee plantations, spectacular mountain driving, mini rain forests, the Rio Camuy Cave Park, Cabo Rojo's salt flats, Arecibo Observatory's massive radio telescope and the biologically wondrous Phosphorescent Bay. Golfing is available 25 minutes north in Aguadilla and casino gambling is 25 minutes south in Mayaguez. |
