Our home is both open and spacious, encompassing 4400 square feet on two levels. Wide back deck connects to all lower level rooms, has large hot tub, BBQ & outdoor furniture overlooking the 8th green & Martis Creek. Lower level has large great room with gas fireplace & big screen TV, VCR, DVD & Direct TV. With counter seating for 4 and dining room seating for 10, the kitchen has all amenities including double ovens, high chair & barware with blender. Our quiet library has a wood-burning stove and is a great place to curl up with a book or enjoy a board game or puzzle (a large selection is on hand), as well as offering full internet capabilities (unlimited long distance, high speed wireless internet & printer) for those who need to bring work along or connect periodically with the office. The lower level also has laundry facilities with a chute from the loft, a full bath & garage for 3 cars. Upstairs, the central loft overlooks the great room and features a poker table with professional chips, billiard, ping pong & fooseball tables, sofa bed, TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, Direct TV, a wood-burning stove and fifth bath. Two master suites, both with king sleigh beds, wood-burning fireplaces, TV, VCR, DVD, Direct TV (2nd crib fits here if needed). Both master baths have double vanity sinks, one has a jacuzzi tub & the other has a private deck. The third bedroom has a king bed and shares entry from the loft to a fourth bath. The fourth bedroom has a king & a crib. The 5th bedroom has a queen, while the 6th bedroom has two double beds. These two rooms share a removeable wall which can open them up to one large room (with space on the floor for the 3 air mattresses in the closet!).

With just a phone call, Northstar's year-round shuttle system will pick you up and drop you off at the newly enhanced Village for ice skating, tubing, snow boarding, downhill & cross country skiing, snow mobiling, mountain biking, hiking, shops, pubs & dining; The Club House which features a Jr. Olympic pool, year-round lap pool, zero elevation water play, 3 outdoor jacuzzis, saunas, tennis courts, youth center with video arcade, billiards, air hockey, ice cream parlor, adult exercise room, "Adventure Challenge" rope course & climbing wall; the Equestrian Center for trail & pony rides; or the 18-hole championship golf course (which is par 72 and winds around the larger homes and out into the open Martis Valley Wildlife Area). Truckee offers a small airport & Amtrak station. Thirty-five minutes to downtown Reno or the Reno Airport. Ninety minutes to Sacramento. Large
enough for multiple or extended family get-togethers or a small corporate retreat.

The kids can take the shuttle into the village or to the arcade-no need for mom & dad to drive them here or there. Reno offers the excitement of numerous gambling casinos & top-notch headliner entertainment. Less than thirty minutes to challenge the slopes at Squaw Valley, Sugar Bowl, Donner Pass, Mount Rose & more. Less than fifteen minutes south to the north shore of Lake Tahoe or north to Donner Lake for boating, fishing, rafting & beach activities. A great family home with room to enjoy each other and still be able to relax.
