Pool*, Children Welcome. Villa "AUD" is in Mont Jean and next door to "LER". This villa is very private and is built on one level. There is a bright open-plan living room with modern comfortable blue sofas and teak furniture. There is a breakfast bar separating the living room from the well-equipped gourmet kitchen. Wide sliding glass doors lead onto the front terrace and the lovely infinity pool with a wonderful view. Two bedrooms are on either side of the living room and open onto the front terrace, both are similar in size with and have charming bathrooms with intricate tile around the mirrors. A separate bungalow is where the third bedroom is located with kitchenette and private Japanese garden.
When this villa is rented as a two bedroom, it will be only the main house, and clients will not have access to the 3rd bedroom bungalow.
Since Les Jardins d'Emeraude (LER) is nearby this would be an excellent combination if five bedrooms are needed and is accessible by a gorgeous garden. |
