Villa Caramba (SIB MBA) is a delightful villa located at the end of Pt. Milou with dramatic ocean views. It has been decorated with a wonderful use of both overstuffed wicker with white fabrics and mahogany beds with crisp white fabrics. The rooms are very bright and airy with dining on the covered terrace overlooking the pool area. Terracotta tiles throughout with a brand new gourmet kitchen which also opens to the pool area. It is located on one level and easily accessible by a few steps. Additional outdoor living is under the covered terrace again with the highest quality wicker furnishings. A new path leads down to the water and the rocky coastline.
A new 3rd bedroom cottage was completed for 2006. It can be added on as a 3 bedroom with MBA or can be rented separately as a 1 bedroom (refered to as SIB BBE). The 2006 rates for SIB BBE are $3,200 per week in the Winter and $2,400 per week in the summer. When SIB MBA & SIB BBE are booked together two reservations must be made in order to block both villas for guests privacy.
SPECIAL NOTE: this villa rents for the list price over Thanksgiving, there are no breakdown rates.
