Le Panoramic, Mont Boron, Nice - Wonderful all-year round
This luxurious, stylish and spacious 3rd floor apartment, accommodates 2 in great style (and up to 5), and is in a private building, accessed by lift or stairs, and situated in a wonderfully commanding position on raised ground at Mont Boron, the most sought after part of Nice. It enjoys truly spectacular views.
No single photograph, day or night could match the experience of enjoying this 180 degrees panorama of the Cote d'Azur.
Beautiful entrance hallway with entry-phone. The large lounge/dining room is very stylishly furnished. There are French windows going out onto the balcony and a further large window also giving wonderful sea views. There is a CD/tape player/radio, TV and DVD player. The 'kitchen Amercaine' which also has French windows out onto the balcony is equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hob & oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and cafétière. There is an iron and ironing board.
The double bedroom (which has zip-linked beds and therefore they can be separated if you prefer to make twin beds) is also large and again has French windows out onto the balcony with the same fantastic views. There are 2 extra fold-up mattress beds which are stored away in the fitted wardrobes. There is plenty of room to place these in the lounge, and there is also an easy chair which can convert into a propper single mattress bed, thus giving a total capacity of 5 in two separate sleeping areas, if required. The shower-room is unique, with shower doors that resemble the highly renowned Lalique glass and there is a high-style wash-hand basin. A hairdryer is provided. Separate w.c.room.
Everything in the apartment has been designed for total visual pleasure in the Art Deco style to give a true feeling of the French Riviera.
Fully furnished balcony, table and 4 chairs for al-fresco dining outside and 2 sun loungers. Full width electrically operated sun blind. There is your own spacious private garage at ground floor level, in which it is easy to park the largest car, in a private courtyard conveniently located next to the main entrance to the apartment building. This is very important if you are arriving by car or intend to hire a car for a few days whilst you are here.
This apartment is extremely well-furnished and equipped to the same high standard as our other apartments.
It is a seven minute stroll to the beaches, marina and the old port surrounded by a marvellous selection of charming restaurants. It is less than 10 minutes to the Chateau Hill and Park, The Old Town, Flower Market, Museums and Galleries, Opera House, Antiques Quarter and the Promenade des Anglais, hundreds of appealing restaurants, brasseries, bistros, pavement cafes and bars and every type of shopping you could possibly wish for, and all the many attractions that Nice has to offer.
For those who prefer not to walk, nor drive there is a bus stop at 150 yards. It is very easy to go off and explore the rest of the Cote d'Azur. Monte Carlo, Monaco and Menton less than 10 miles in one direction and Antibes and Cannes in the other direction and St Tropez a little further west along the Riviera. |
