This luxury, one bedroom, two bath condo sleeps four
and has a queen
bed in the master, and a queen sleeper sofa in the
living room. The living
and sleeping areas are air conditioned, but ceiling fans
and fresh breezes
naturally cool the units.
Located in Kihei on the (fifth) top floor of the Maui
Sunset for a really
great view. The condo is fully furnished and equipped
with 2 color TV's,
VCR and DVD player, 5-CD player and phone. The
kitchen has a full size
refrigerator, smooth top range, microwave, dishwasher,
in-sink disposal
and washer/dryer. Complete dishware and cookware
are also provided for
those evenings "in". Beach towels, bath towels and bed
linens are all
provided.
The lanai (balcony) has a table and chairs so you can
enjoy the sunshine
and the glorious ocean view!
The Maui Sunset is located on over 5 acres of
beautifully-landscaped
oceanfront property.
Between the two buildings is a large swimming pool
with spacious decks,
big hot tub and tiki torches. The swimming pool is
heated in the winter
months. Also in the pool area is an activity hut with
knowledgeable staff
to provide you with excellent information and discounts
on local
activities, excursions and businesses.
Other features of the property are gas barbeques, well-
equipped exercise
room and sauna, golf putting green, shuffleboard
courts and croquet
lawns. All of these are free to you as a guest. Public
tennis courts are just
steps away. So just bring your suitcase, everything else
is provided.
There is plenty of free parking beside each building. A
staffed office will
facilitate your check-in and provide mail service.
Highspeed wireless
access for your laptop is available at the Maui Sunset
for an hourly or
weekly charge or you can use a workstation in the office
via a prepaid
card.
