Aina Waipio and Ululani are totally private homes, enjoying unobstructed ocean views, their own private gated entrances, tropical landscaped gardens and each with totally private amenities. ULULANI also includes a private POOL!
Complete privacy guaranteed at either beautiful home for up to four guests, yet situated within a comfortable distance of each other for a larger gathering of up to eight.

Payment requirement:
Your 50% deposit will secure your booking, (must be received within seven days of reservation).
Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Personal checks, Money order or Travelers checks are accepted.
Cancelation policy:
Balance is refundable for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival.
There is a $ 75.00 cancellation fee. Deposits are non refundable.
Cancellations made prior to 30 days of arrival can be rescheduled within 6 months without forfeiture of previous payments.
We highly recommend that travel insurance be a part of your vacation planning in the event of any unexpected cancelations.

This delightful two bedroom, two bathroom custom built home offers all the comfort and amenities you would expect from a luxury home. It is beautifully decorated with your comfort and relaxation in mind featuring quality touches throughout; marble bathroom, handcrafted tropical hardwoods, custom tile and local artworks. A complete custom kitchen with full size appliances and well equipped for any type of dining, again with panoramic views!
The house is surrounded by tropical landscaped gardens, fruits and fragrant flowers at your fingertips inviting you to enjoy the wraparound decks, outdoor dining and unequalled star gazing from the hot tub.
This upper level bedroom suite enjoys a sweeping ocean view right from the king size bed! The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors lead to the spacious sun deck where the six person hot tub is located - perfect for unequalled stargazing! It has it's own private marbled bathroom complete with a tropical flower garden view. This bedroom is decorated in cool, pale blues and sea greens with warm terra cotta tiles. Furnished with charming antique rattan furniture, complimenting the artwork and custom pieces made by the owners. All designed to help you feel completely at home. Overhead fans and fabulous cooling trade winds eliminate the need for noisy a/c units! Plenty of fresh towels and linens are supplied.
The lower level bedroom suite offers a private and spacious room for an additional guest or couple - also with ocean views right from the king size bed! These sliding glass doors lead to a private patio with table and chairs nestled amongst the tropical fruits and fragrant flowers, with steps to the sun deck and hot tub. This bedroom also has it's own private bathroom with full tub and shower. It has a unique central column with wooden beams radiating from the center and is decorated in crisp white and soothing sage green Hawaiiana fabrics and furnishings. There are the same terra cotta tiles found throughout the house. Again, overhead fans and the fabulous cooling trade winds eliminate the need for noisy a/c units! Plenty of fresh new towels and linens are supplied.
