During winter season, the channel running between Lanai and Molokai is a favorite destination for our great whales and what a show they perform with awesome views from our condo. Daily sailboats, snorkel cruises and outrigger canoe races are often viewed. Located across from one of the area's favorite surfing beaches, sit on the balcony and enjoy this famous Hawaiian sport. And of course, the unbelievable sunset views!

Rates:
Low: $155.00 per night / April - June 15 & September 15 - Sept 30
High: $175.00 per night / June 15 - September 15 & Oct 1 - April 15
Holiday: $199.00 per night / minimum 1 week stay
Rates are based on one week stay, cleaning fee of $125.00, deposit $500.00 refundable
Less than one week rental please call for availability and rates , cleaning fee $175.00, deposit $500.00 refundable, typical 10% rate increase for minimum 3 night stay plus cleaning fees
Extended stay over (14 nights) = 5% discount on 3rd week booking / 10% discount on 4th week booking
50% deposit to confirm reservation: check, credit card accepted
Final payment due one month prior to your date of arrival
Cancellation: Upon confirmation of booking:
15% rebooking fee for all cancelled reservations
Prior to 30 days out: balance of deposit is refunded only if condo is rebooked at same rate. Refund is less 15% rebooking fee plus any difference in the total reservation rebooking rate if any.
After 30 days out: forfeit of the total reservation payment, refund is less the 15% rebooking fee plys any difference in the total reservation rebooking rate if any.
After 72 hours out: NO REFUNDS , total forfeit of any reservatons deposits or payments
