The owners of this luxuriously appointed waterfront house rent out their ground floor walkout apartment featuring one master bedroom with ensuite bath and the option of a second smaller bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bath. It will suit a couple or a family of four. With a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer, gas stove, electric oven and microwave) an extra bathroom (WC/sink) off the living room, a proper dining room, a large living room with full sized pool table, cable TV, video and CD player as well as a fireplace), the house is beautifully equipped. There is air-conditioning and heat in the winter- time as well.) Laundry facilities can be made available to guests staying a week or more, at a small additional cost. Surrounded by beautiful tiers of gardens, this very handsome house is in a neighborhood of rare distinction. Across the front of the property facing the ocean is a lovely walled garden and patio overlooking the water. With tables and chairs set out for watching the sun set and the stars come out, you can relax and listen to the waves slap the dock gently. From the master bedroom, you can dive into the water for a refreshing morning dip.
The optional second bedroom has a double bed and walk in shower (no bath tub), toilet and sink - but all very luxuriously appointed with great water views from the two windows!
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the full en suite bathroom - bath tub, walk in shower, sink, toilet and bidet and a large walk-in closet.
There is a small wash-room (toilet/sink) off the living room for the guest who sleeps on the rollout sofa in the livingroom. The furnishings are new, handsome and comfortable.
There is telephone service (local calls only) and high speed internet service (wireless and a computer jack) for those who travel with their laptop. Telephone calling cards are also required for guests anticipating making overseas calls while on holiday.
The ferry at Darrellıs Wharf is but a momentsı walk down the road; the ferry will whisk you off into Hamilton and to the bus terminal in town where you can easily make connections to all points island wide. Mopeds can also be delivered if you prefer to have your own transportation available.
You can readily swim from the dock (and shower on the dock level as well), but if its pink and golden sand you are after, the closest beach to the house is Elbow Beach about 7 minutes away by moped or taxi, or a 15 minute brisk walk.. The closest bus stop is 7 minute walk over to Middle Road and Cobbs Hill. There is a grocery store and an ATM machine within a ten minute walk . Warwick Parish is a particularly nice location because of the variety of activities nearby and its elegant park layout. Quite apart from the stunning array of beaches that proceed up the coast from Marley Beach to the gorgeous Jobsonıs Cove, one can also ride horses at (Spicelands Riding Centre) along the beach, or picnic at the very well serviced public park that extends from Astwood Cove to Horseshoe Bay. The South Shore Roadıs elevation rises as you proceed from east to west along the South Shore. The panorama unfolds as the road climbs until one has simply dazzling views over the ocean at dawn, in the moonlight, or at lunchtime as you head off to the surf and the sea shells. There are nice cafes and pubs in this district as well as Riddells Bay Golf Club, and the revamped Belmont Course scheduled to reopen in 2004 or 2005 and the attractions of the nearby Princess Hotel and its extensive Golf Course as well. Warwick is renowned for its lovely neighborhoods and quiet wooded hills overlooking the ocean. On the harbour side of Warwick Parish, Harbour Road is a twisting coastal drive that provides spectacular views across the water to the host of little islands and the pretty city of Hamilton beyond. The ferry connection can take one all around the harbour and out to Naval Dockyard for sightseeing. Mopeds can be loaded on the ferry too so one can jump off and explore further. Hamilton has lovely shops and places to dine, spa facilities and a pleasant ambience for evening strolling. In the summer months, Harbour Nights on Front Street is a Wednesday night marketplace event with many shops staying open to 9 pm. As a central location, forays out to St. Georges or Somerset are easily managed. We look forward to making you most welcome at this most comfortable home.
Please note: there are two dogs and a cat in residence upstairs. We ask guests not to let them indoors, cute as they are, so as to keep the apartment allergen free.

Ferry to town - with a complete selection of restaurants - eat early and take the last ferry home (9:30 p.m.)
