"Seaport Suite On Caroline Street" encompasses the entire 1st floor unit of the Classic Revival "Historic Seaport Estate" Victorian home and offers approximately 1200 square feet of living space. When the estate is not rented in entirety, it may be possible to rent this 1st floor suite as a separate accommodation. Newly renovated, this beautiful space provides 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, parlor style living room, large fully equipped kitchen, and dining room. Renovations include beautiful Brazilian tiger-wood floors and travertine marble tile. Furnishings are tasteful and high end. There is also a large front porch that spans the entire front of the house and a nice sized back lower deck.
The living room is located at the front end of the suite. The bedrooms are off the beautiful hall that is used as a gallery to display beautiful artwork. Down the hall, the spacious kitchen is newly renovated and fully equipped for cooking. The beautiful dining room adjoins the kitchen.
Bedding includes 1queen size beds and 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms are nicely furnished. The bedroom with the queen sized bed offers a private bath. The second bath has a bath tub and shower and is located at the end of the hall. At the back of the suite there is a second entrance that leads to the deck that has a table and chairs for outside seating. Turn left from the outside deck to get to the swimming pool.
When rented as a separate unit, "Seaport Suite On Caroline Street" shares the pool at the "Historic Seaport Estate" property.
